After reading your comment, I have identified the problem, or rather you identified it for me. You don’t read much of anything unless the authors confirm your preexisting opinions. Really not a good sign of an open mind. You should get out more, and do a little self-reflection before casting dispersions.
Lets look at your list of points from these authors and we see a number of factual errors, half truths, and definitely a lot of subjectivity.
Hamas flag is not swastika. Well duh. But have any of the bright lights who think this proves their point know anything about Hamas’ charter? Might want to. The Hamas flag represent who? Put the two together. I don't know, it might be a tad pertinent.
Those six words mean Palestine free of……..? Who exactly? Again, refer to charter. Same
Kristallnacht? Who said anything about that. I don’t take Charlottesville nor these protests as being serious enough to even approach making such an analogy. Your mileage may vary, but whoever does needs to get a grip.
No one prevented from…… Oh, please. There’s video and testimony out there everywhere. Try Google.
A couple of protesters yelling insipid slogans doesn’t bother me at all . People should be free to do and say dumb things, as long as they neither hurt people, prevent others from exercising their rights, including access, nor break the per-existing rules. Therein lies the rub.
I’m brown, your brown, we’re all brown……So are a lot of Israelis. Either Arab or refugees from Muslim countries. Look it up, you might be surprised. What about them?
And yeah, I didn’t believe the casualty figures out of Viet nam either. So I certainly don’t trust the same from the Gaza health ministry. Or the Israeli’s.
My main and lost point was I’m not taking these protest all that seriously since anyone calling for “bike helmets, kneepads, and vegan and gluten free food” aren’t really serious themselves. I’ll leave you with this video. The jokes just write themselves: .
