The early waves of migrants have started arriving here in NYC, with pine warblers, palm warblers, waterthrushes, oystercatchers, and others, so spring migration is on! Looking forward to seeing some of those out at Jamaica Bay tomorrow, along with some winter holdovers like weird ducks, brants, and (*crosses fingers*) maybe even a northern gannet.
