It says whether it's public at the bottom of the email ("Thanks for subscribing to Discourse Blog. This post is public, so feel free to share it."), but doesn't seem to display on the site.

that is, if you've paid your way behind the paywall, it's impossible to tell what is and isn't public, man I suck at writing.
