The funny thing is when I hear this song I actually think of a Phil Ochs cover set I watched in an anarchist infoshop about 15 years ago. Did you just capitalize Actual Left? Is that trademarked?

You know, I'm gonna be honest I thought you were a shitty lib based on your open caping for Biden, your refusal to defend that caping, and your incessant sealion reply-guying, but it is inarguable that you keep claiming unverifiably to have -been in- lefty spaces, decades ago, so I guess that makes you King Antfa, and me the Real Racist.

This is really fun. I actually think I have the contact info for the person who did that cover set in my phone still, unless I'm misremembering someone's name, it was a while ago like you mentioned.

Anyway, this has been fun. Thanks for the vigorous mental exercise. I was actually serious though about analyzing your writing with code though. I like technology. Please get in touch if you can provide some more samples.

Oh, btw, I didn't vote for Biden. I think you should take a look at the glowing things Bernie's people have been saying about Biden lately though, in all fairness.

I just remembered I've been to Monticello, does that make me Thomas Jefferson?

People who like Bernie don't like M4A cause he told them to. People like M4A and like Bernie cause he was for it too. This is gonna come as a shock to you, but there are people out there who have objective morals independent of whatever their chosen twitter team is telling them to believe this week.

Bernie is dead wrong about guns and Bernie is dead wrong about Biden.

DonтАЩt worry, I met many many people working in humanitarian aid who had crystal clear morality. I know they exist and I know they are better people than me. But thereтАЩs a reason none of those people become politicians. Because representative democracy has many nuances (everyone gets a say, even centrists, what a drag) and it involves interacting with others. Everyone observes the way people interact with each other a little differently. ItтАЩs subjectivity. Not everyone is cut out to live in the nuances of the world. ThatтАЩs why we elect who we think is solid and hope for the best.

Oh jesus, this one is so dense with righteous self pity I didn't even notice you put yourself up on the cancel culture cross.

Sorry I disenfranchised your right to vote by saying fuck to Biden.

It's funny, in my head I was thinking "this person is probably going to take this part and say something about voter disenfranchisement." As if me typing something that generic about democracy was even remotely a comment about voter disenfranchisement. I feel like this is just for fun on both our sides here at this point, right?

Seriously, do you see what's happening? That's you subjectively interpreting a plain boring comment and making it into commentary on what you would like to talk about. We can talk about voter disenfranchisement, it's a horrible problem, but please don't just come to grand interpretations about what you *want* to be happening in my head. I mean a politician couldn't have used that technique better themselves. It's called diversion, tune in to any debate to see real life examples!

in my head I was thinking "this person is probably going to take this part and say something about voter disenfranchisement."

Then why didn't you rephrase it?

"everyone gets a say, even centrists, what a drag"

Yea it is. You can recognize a drag as a reality and work to change it, and failing that call it out as a drag at every opportunity.

Just because you chose to roll on your back and piss on your belly for literally nothing, just because lib cable news told you to, does not make you moral, and it does not make you a Politics Knower.

We already established you By Your Logic Judoed me into exposing myself as the Real Racist. I'm the bad guy here, and you, the dude refusing to even qualify your support for the guy who exists as a political entity by denying an entire generation, of every black person in his state, a chance at an education and a better life, are the real Leftist. I mean, Jesus Christ dude, you've been to an anarchist bookstore we get it you're basically Jesus you win already.

Asked and Answered dude, come on, move on already.

"what a drag" was tongue in cheek. I never even claimed to be a leftist, liberal, whatever you want to call me. Labels just aid insecure people in casting judgment and shame on others. I sincerely hope you don't assign people IRL labels like that. How's that for punk? Or do I need to find some lyrics to back that sentiment up? There's a lot to choose from.

Just gonna ask one more time about the writing samples. I mean you've given a lot, but could always use more.

It's punk as fuck to assign people labels. Punk is a label, numbnuts. The entire genre is a reaction to externally defined political enemies.

You understand thereтАЩs a difference between arbitrarily assigning a label and commenting on people who have publicly accepted labels already тАШassignedтАЩ to them right?

Oh right I forgot I was the one being owned, actually while you were laughing. Plus the weird lib obsession/phobia/coping mechanism that everyone who disagrees is a Russian Bot.

Umm, just to be clear I donтАЩt think youтАЩre a Russian bot. I accept your disagreement 100%. The samples have nothing to do with that. I just think misinformation is a big deal and have been looking at a lot of speech on the internet because IтАЩd like to better understand WTF is going on with mass manipulation online. Sorry, itтАЩs really not scandalous. IтАЩm just a nerd.

This has been the absolute most punk conversation I've ever been a part of.

It's like I'm there at the recording of the 4-Skins track 'It's Not Compromising Your Morals And Selling Out The Vulnerable If You Do It While Perfomatively Wishing On a Star'

You're gonna have to go way more obscure on your references there. That's just lazy.

Why don't you make the most obscure reference you know? To my knowledge you haven't said anything that actually shows your punk phase wasn't being a Swing Dancing Voodoo Daddy in 1997.

You know if you'd had been more civil I'd have just sent you my google doc of my record collection. I enjoy you enjoying that you think I don't know anything about punk rock too much though. What about my first year at a punk show? 1996. And my last year. 2020.

God damnit. First my 7 year old nephew said he'd punch a tree in half cause he learned how from Minecraft but he wouldn't show me cause he didn't feel like it and now this! Two totally real amazing things that didn't happen!

Dude fuck off, with this weird childish nonsense. You can't prove any of this stuff. You're not punk, you're not friends with anyone on here, you're some past-it Guy Fieri/Smash Mouth greaseball rockabilly AT BEST.

Also while we're making unverifiable claims, I was poor as a kid AFTER your boy Biden cut the safety net. So here's a hot tip, you GenX/Boomer fuck, don't ever front like 'The government gave my free money to support my family in comfort and it cost me my class identity!" That's not a hard luck tale fuckface. You were fine, because there was a system to keep you fine. Welfare as a stigma is a specifically racialized wedge invented by neolibs and conservatives to destroy the poor. Which you wholeheartedly endorse.

Also if your family received welfare, you're at least a decade older than me and my first and last punk shows are the same dates. Also, I never made my entire identity contingent around one musical genre that for all its leftist frontage and good individual bands is just lousy with arrested development cases, nazis, misogynists and homophobes.

IтАЩm about to turn 37. In 1996 I was 13 when I went to my first punk show. How old are you? Technically IтАЩm just barely a millennial I think. Lol, I feel secure that the majority of people reading would not call the posts IтАЩve made childish if they were picking an adjective.
