Dude, Harry is as much a monarch as his uncle Andy was. Once his brother had children he is no no longer in the line. It goes to his nephew after the deaths of his father and brother

The line of succession is more or less indefinitely long. Every known member of the British royal family could get killed in a nuclear war, and there’d still, in theory, be a king or queen of England.

(Look up what happened after the 1714 death of Queen Anne, AKA why Meghan Markle’s husband Heinrich von Hanover von Saxe-Coburg-Gotha is in line to the English throne in the first place.)

Anyway, the only absolute limit on the line of succession (aside from total extinction of the human race) is potential heirs being Roman Catholic.

Yes I know, but in the modern era, the proability that Harry's brother and two sons will pre-decease him are extremely small. Small enough that is consider him a monarch is silly. After all, if you eliminate enough people all of us would eventually qualify.
